New Years Wish – Healthful Living

Hold on. Put it down. Look how far you’ve come.
Look at your goals. 
Think of how great you’re going to feel once you hit those goals. 
Do you really want that? Do you NEED it? No. 
Don’t eat it, it’s not healthy. 
Go eat some fruit to replace that, you can do this. You are not a failure, you are strong and you can stick to your goals. 
Save that superpretty cupcake for later, when you really deserve it.
If you eat it now, you’ll just feel gross, unhealthy and discouraged after. 
Say no, it’s not good for you.
I love you more than that.
