Austenland by Shannon Hale
Personally, I think any reader-of-loveliness should have all of these in their library.
How to enter:
All you have to do is follow me and leave a comment stating your favorite swoooony scene–preferably from a book (but I won’t judge if you absolutely LOVE, say, the end of While You Were Sleeping when dreamy Bill Pullman shows up at Sandra Bullock’s train station hut and drops a ring in the coin slot. Swoooon!) Don’t forget to leave me your email addy.
One winner will be chosen at random on May 23rd.
Thanks for stopping by and being part of this special hop! Now you can check out all the other great giveaways featuring other contemporary/lighthearted, sweet & clean romances….

Well since Jane Eyre is my absolute favorite book I would have to say it's that famous line: “Reader, I married him.” omg gets me every time!
Favorite seen is with Elizabeth and Darcy at the very end of P & P
Semi book related swoon scene in the BBC version of “Pide and Prejudice” with Mr. Darcy coming out of the water
So many swoon Scenes! Man off the Austen-Bronte track I'd have to go with the kissy scenes for Gabi and Marcello in the River of Time series! All so good I can't pick. Lia and Luca also have a great one. (same series)
I swoon with Colin Firth, in P&P when he exits the water, in Bridget Jones in the snow and that moment at the bottom of the stairs – I like you just as you are
My first swoon was Gone With The Wind, “This is one night you won't be thinking of the Dear Mr Ashley” *sigh*

I have to go with an obvious one when they make out in the rain! Pretty Swoon worthy!
I LOVE all the examples from classic lit so far. So much swoon!
a walk to remember. the fact that he stays with her even though he knows she is sick
I LOVE in What the Doctor Ordered (by Sierra St James/Janette Rallison) how he asks her if she is pretending to love him to make her aunt happy and how he ends up proposing! Aaahhhh!!! email@example.com
I love the moment in the Iron fey series when Meghan gets kicked out of the Never Never and she leaves thinking it will be the last time that she sees Ash. Then she gets to our world and he comes running after her!!!!
the end of While You Were Sleeping when dreamy Bill Pullman shows up at Sandra Bullock's train station hut and drops a ring in the coin slot. firstname.lastname@example.org

My favorite scene is from Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins when Lola and Cricket kiss for the first time in her room while he's helping her dress for the Winter Formal. I think it's so sweet and romantic:)

Any scene of Daemon and Katy together from Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout is swoon worthy! lol Daemon is just that awesome!
In Pride and Prejudice when Mr. Darcy comes out of the pond and meets Elizabeth and is a loss for words… Or when he watches her after she rescues his sister…
GFC – Dani
I would have to say Sleepless in Seattle. The scene on the Empire state building when both think the other never showed. Then he goes back for the book bag and their eyes meet. It is magical.
My favorite romantic scene would be the kissing scene in Born Wicked between Cate and Finn…it was so charged!!
Following you on GFC as Mad4bookss
GFC Follower and my first ever swoon in a book was Love Story by Eric Segal. Jenny and Oliver Barrett the 3rd make snow angels to the beautiful piano song… and when he buys the tickets to Paris..oh, there are more…oohhh…
Sorry- Its a movie. Traditional Officer and a Gentlemen when he carries her out of the factory! 🙂
I am drawing a blank – I love to read romance novels so there are so many choices – thunder storms, in front of a fireplace, or chance meetings. I am not sure. Thanks for the giveaway.

My favorite swoony scene is probably the one from The Notebook when Noah and Allie get back from their romantic row on the lake, after they get caught in a downpour. *blushes* Yeah, kind of naughty of me to say that's my favorite, but it was the first thing that came to mind. Thanks for the awesome giveaway! BTW- your blog is lovely. =)
I just read The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa (love that series) and when Ash kneels before his Queen and pledges his love and loyalty at the end I got all swoony and weepy.
Thanks for the giveaway! Honestly, I loved the end of While You Were Sleeping, it's such a good movie! email@example.com 🙂
Oh man… My favorite would probably be the scene in Inkdeath by Cornelia Funke when Roxanne things Dustfinger's dead and he comes back to her and oh my gosh the words they speak to each other and their sweet kisses…SWOON!!!!

My favorite swoon worthy scene is probably in Clockwork Prince where Jem and Tessa kiss for the first time. It's sweet and steamy and just everything I wanted for the two of them!
My favorite swoon-worthy scene was in Pride and Prejudice when Elizabeth and Darcy admit their feelings to each other at the end.

Favorite Swoon…..Cassandra Clares Clockwork Angel, I have to say the scene in the attic with Will and Clare! I have read it a few times over!
GFC follower. Probably in The Visions of Ransom Lake when Ransom rescues her from the grave she was thrown into as a “joke”.
leanniegehrke at hotmail dot com
GFC follower- Jaime Lynn. I have two scenes that I love. (Actually, probably more like 2000 or so, but I will stick with 2- a movie and a book.) The first is the end of Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris< I don't want to give it away, so you HAVE to read this amazing book! I also love how she says she wants to be proposed to and how he tells her he loves her. Wow, just wow! Okay, the movie is the end of Juno. Well, the whole dang movie is my favorite. But them sitting at the end of the sidewalk across from each other playing their guitars, after everything they have been through, touched my heart!
I absolutely swooned when i read Augustus' love confession to Hazel in the Fault in Our Stars! It's one of my favorite confessions, including the Pride and Prejudice one 🙂
There are so many good scenes in Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson!
The last half of Collision was full of steamy moments! But the proposal was definitely a special moment!
Okay, I'm not big on romances. I'm a mean little woman, and sweet scenes usually work as well as Syrup of Ipecac for me. HOWEVER! When I read Grave Mercy, the part where Duval sees Ismae's scars and then when she is caring for him… *swoons* But shhhhh! Don't tell anybody. 😉

Sleepless In Seattle! Gone With the Wind, or Bridget Jones!
Too many book scenes for me to pick one…
If I had to pick a movie, Ghost gets me every time.
“Pride and Prejudice” Darcy made me fall in love with him. Elizabeth is one lucky girl to find a man that has so many good qualities.
Thank you for the chance to win your giveaway.

My favorite is at the end of Pride & Prejudice, particularly the movie version with Kiera Knightley, when they meet in the early morning in the field!

Chitownchica is a GFC follower and my favorite scene is hands down, Elizabeth and Darcy in the rain!
My favorite scene in a novel happens to be from Pride & Prejudice, when Mr. Darcy proposes to Elizabeth.
And my favorite scene from a movie happens to be, again, from Pride & Prejudice (the one with Kiera Knightley) at the very end, even though I love the scene in the rain because it has such sizzling chemistry, when Darcy asks Lizzie,
Mr. Darcy: What endearments am I allowed?
Elizabeth Bennet: Well let me think…”Lizzie” for every day, “My Pearl” for Sundays, and…”Goddess Divine”… but only on *very* special occasions.
Mr. Darcy: And… what should I call you when I am cross? Mrs. Darcy…?
Elizabeth Bennet: No! No. You may only call me “Mrs. Darcy”… when you are completely, and perfectly, and incandescently happy.
Mr. Darcy: [he snickers] Then how are you this evening… Mrs. Darcy?
I think it's such a sweet display of a sweet, unselfish love! 😀
Thank you for your generosity, and for participating in this blog hop!

Thanks for the amazing giveaway! My favorite scene would have to be in SOMETHING, MAYBE by Elizabeth Scott, when Finn pushes the guy who's tormenting the main girl (who's name escapes me) against the lockers <3 LOVE THIS SCENE, cause it totally touched me :P

the end of While You Were Sleeping when dreamy Bill Pullman shows up at Sandra Bullock's train station hut and drops a ring in the coin slot.
So many choices! But since you're not going to judge *smirk*… I can't think swoony romance without thinking of that scene in “Ghost” where Swayze's character pushes the penny up the side of the wall. Oh. My. Gosh. Insta-tears every single time.

I don't have a swoon-worthy favorite. I guess I am just not very romantic.
My favorite scene is in P&P, when Darcy comes upon Lizzy at Pemberley.
I loved the ending to Preservation by Rachael Wade; but I can't go into detail because I'll give it away! Thanks for the giveaway.
