So many swoon Scenes! Man off the Austen-Bronte track I'd have to go with the kissy scenes for Gabi and Marcello in the River of Time series! All so good I can't pick. Lia and Luca also have a great one. (same series)

  2. Little Star says:

I swoon with Colin Firth, in P&P when he exits the water, in Bridget Jones in the snow and that moment at the bottom of the stairs – I like you just as you are
My first swoon was Gone With The Wind, “This is one night you won't be thinking of the Dear Mr Ashley” *sigh*

I love the moment in the Iron fey series when Meghan gets kicked out of the Never Never and she leaves thinking it will be the last time that she sees Ash. Then she gets to our world and he comes running after her!!!!

My favorite scene is from Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins when Lola and Cricket kiss for the first time in her room while he's helping her dress for the Winter Formal. I think it's so sweet and romantic:)

I would have to say Sleepless in Seattle. The scene on the Empire state building when both think the other never showed. Then he goes back for the book bag and their eyes meet. It is magical.

I am drawing a blank – I love to read romance novels so there are so many choices – thunder storms, in front of a fireplace, or chance meetings. I am not sure. Thanks for the giveaway.

My favorite swoon worthy scene is probably in Clockwork Prince where Jem and Tessa kiss for the first time. It's sweet and steamy and just everything I wanted for the two of them!

  11. Angie says:

My favorite swoon-worthy scene was in Pride and Prejudice when Elizabeth and Darcy admit their feelings to each other at the end.

  13. Jaime Lester says:

GFC follower- Jaime Lynn. I have two scenes that I love. (Actually, probably more like 2000 or so, but I will stick with 2- a movie and a book.) The first is the end of Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris< I don't want to give it away, so you HAVE to read this amazing book! I also love how she says she wants to be proposed to and how he tells her he loves her. Wow, just wow! Okay, the movie is the end of Juno. Well, the whole dang movie is my favorite. But them sitting at the end of the sidewalk across from each other playing their guitars, after everything they have been through, touched my heart!

  14. Kayla Beck says:

Okay, I'm not big on romances. I'm a mean little woman, and sweet scenes usually work as well as Syrup of Ipecac for me. HOWEVER! When I read Grave Mercy, the part where Duval sees Ismae's scars and then when she is caring for him… *swoons* But shhhhh! Don't tell anybody. 😉

Gotta go with the scene from The Notebook with Noah & Ally on the dock in the rain. This is the one movie that I liked better than the book.

“Pride and Prejudice” Darcy made me fall in love with him. Elizabeth is one lucky girl to find a man that has so many good qualities.

  18. ~Enamored Soul~ says:

My favorite scene in a novel happens to be from Pride & Prejudice, when Mr. Darcy proposes to Elizabeth.

And my favorite scene from a movie happens to be, again, from Pride & Prejudice (the one with Kiera Knightley) at the very end, even though I love the scene in the rain because it has such sizzling chemistry, when Darcy asks Lizzie,

Mr. Darcy: What endearments am I allowed?
Elizabeth Bennet: Well let me think…”Lizzie” for every day, “My Pearl” for Sundays, and…”Goddess Divine”… but only on *very* special occasions.
Mr. Darcy: And… what should I call you when I am cross? Mrs. Darcy…?
Elizabeth Bennet: No! No. You may only call me “Mrs. Darcy”… when you are completely, and perfectly, and incandescently happy.
Mr. Darcy: [he snickers] Then how are you this evening… Mrs. Darcy?

I think it's such a sweet display of a sweet, unselfish love! 😀

Thank you for your generosity, and for participating in this blog hop!

So many choices! But since you're not going to judge *smirk*… I can't think swoony romance without thinking of that scene in “Ghost” where Swayze's character pushes the penny up the side of the wall. Oh. My. Gosh. Insta-tears every single time.
