Best of 2014 Giveaway Hop!

Yes, oh yes! It’s the best time of the year for the BEST OF 2014! People, this was a huge decision for me. Too many amazing books this year! Sensory, bookerly overload! So what I did was picked one of my favorite authorly friends, and picked one of my favorite books of her’s from 2014. One lucky entry will snag a digital copy of this little pretty. So, without further ado.

Drum roll, please….

Dakota Halifax loves to be in love. In fact, as one of Las Vegas’s premier wedding planners, she’s built a whole career around romance. Which is why her own wedding has to be nothing short of perfect. And then her fiancé jilts her. While she’s waiting in her wedding dress. On a cruise ship already out at sea.

Once back on dry land, Dakota tries to pour her heart into her business and weekly wedding advice column, Get Ready to Wed. But how can the heartbroken celebrate others’ true love? When she reconnects with her childhood best friend, surprisingly sexy and all-grown-up casino bouncer Brendan West, Dakota wonders if maybe she can fall back in love with being in love.

But then her ex reappears, begging for another chance, and suddenly Dakota questions if she’ll ever understand love. Can someone once-burned and twice-shy ever find her way down the aisle again?

Who doesn’t love a great wedding book, right?

***Now, how to enter***

The Twelve Days of New Adult – giveaway hop

Welcome to my stop on the Stuck in Books Twelve Days of Christmas giveaway hop.
I totally dig reading NA, and with two NA books to my credit, I love it even more! I’ve decided to give away one copy of the ebook SNEAKING CANDY by Lisa Burstein. I completely fell in love with this book. It’s smart (the mc is in grad school) and funny (seriously, I laughed out loud so many times) and with just the right amount of sexy (you’ll see).
 Here’s the quicky rundown:

A graduate student by day, an erotic romance author by night, a forbidden attraction I can’t deny…

All I ever wanted was to make a name for myself as Candice Salinas, creative writing grad student at the University of Miami. Of course, secretly I already have made a name for myself: as Candy Sloane, self-published erotic romance writer. Though thrilled that my books are selling and I have actual fans, if anyone at UM found out, I could lose my scholarship…and the respect of my faculty advisor, grade-A-asshole Professor Dylan.

Enter James Walker, super-hot local barista and–surprise!–my student. Even though I know a relationship is totally off-limits, I can’t stop myself from sneaking around with James, taking a few cues from my own erotic writing…if you catch my drift. Candy’s showing her stripes for the first time in my real life, and I’ve never had so much fun. But when the sugar high fades, can my secrets stay under wraps?

To enter to win, just comment below: Tell me a moonlighting job you’d love but might want to hide. And that’s it. Good luck! (PS: Please include your email addy.)
